Welcome to 1776 Land Solutions

---

Welcome to 1776 Land Solutions, a family-owned land clearing and excavation company founded by Charles and Allissa Rollins. Our love for the outdoors started early, shaped by a life spent around land, hard work, and an appreciation for God’s creation. Today, we are proud to carry those values into our business and pass them down to our children.

At 1776 Land Solutions, we believe land should be both useful and beautiful. Whether we are clearing overgrown property, forestry mulching, improving access, preparing a site, or reclaiming unusable acreage, our goal is to leave every property better than we found it. We take pride in honest work, clean results, and helping landowners see the full potential of their property.

Our approach is built on faith, family, freedom, integrity, hard work, quality, and service. We believe responsible land management can improve the health, appearance, and usability of your property while still respecting the natural beauty of the land.

From East Texas to East Oklahoma, we are committed to serving our customers with dependable communication, quality workmanship, and a finished result they can be proud of for years to come.

At 1776 Land Solutions, we do more than clear land. We help restore it, improve it, and prepare it for the next generation.
